13,8km benefit race of the hospital in Kitzingen, Germany

It was a small jubilee at the benefit race for the hospital in Kitzingen. It was organised the fifth time. Also this year the Friday evening race was characterized by hot and sunny weather. Even then the race was visited by many runners. The course was the same as every year. There were three aid stations at the loop and another one at the start and finishing area. Against 2003, when I was running the last time, the top field was much stronger. Also there was less range of food, as the years before. Even than it was a nice Friday evening race, which was a good start for the weekend.
